  • Men's Circuit Training

    We are going to PUMP YOU UP - mentally, emotionally & of course, physically!!! Mike will guide you an this one hour circuit training journey - incorporating cardio, strength & conditioning, plyometrics, and functional mobility. Stationary bikes, rowing machines, step climbers, treadmill, sled, battle ropes, weights galore, kettlebells, resistance bands and more!! This class will be challenging, fun and rewarding! We are excited to be able to offer this class in conjunction with our yoga and Pilates classes to create a well balanced YOU!!

  • Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

    A beautiful practice that incorporates flow, rhythm, and breath. An all levels class! Modifications & Progressions will be offered.
