  • Mixed (men & women) Circuit Training

    We are going to PUMP YOU UP - mentally, emotionally & of course, physically!!! Mike will guide you an this one hour circuit training journey - incorporating cardio, strength & conditioning, plyometrics, and functional mobility. Stationary bikes, rowing machines, step climbers, treadmill, sled, battle ropes, weights galore, kettlebells, resistance bands and more!! This class will be challenging, fun and rewarding! We are excited to be able to offer this class in conjunction with our yoga and Pilates classes to create a well balanced YOU!!

  • Sweat N Chill with Mike & Sue

    Join Mike and Sue for 'Sweat n Chill' (1-1/4 - 1-1/2 hour)! Mike will get you pumped up with his Lifelong Fitness workout, then Sue will slow it down with a relaxing Stretch n Flow yoga session! This class caters to all levels of fitness and will be modified according each student's unique abilities. Fitness assessments are done to determine our students starting points, as well as end goals. A wonderful combination to wind down the day!

Combine the two for an amazing powerhouse (core), stretch and breath workout! .

  • Stretch and Flow

    Join Amy as she takes you through a beautiful Ashtanga/Hatha vinyasa journey, alongside a wonderful combination of breath work, meditation and some Reiki elements. This hour on your mat will have you feeling de-stressed, fresh & relaxed all at once!

  • Puppy Yoga

    Included: One Hour Class - 1/2 Gentle Yoga Flow (with Puppies) & 1/2 Playtime with Puppies. Comfortable clothing recommended. A water bottle is recommended. There will be a 1/2 hour of free time, after the yoga segment is over, allowing for plenty of time for cuddles and photo opportunities with the pups - phones are also recommended!

  • Yoga Nidra

    Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. It is practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. The end goal is to remain in this state and to not fall asleep ....although it does happen :) Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, but it has immense appeal for those who wish to 'let go' of their busy minds and find peace within the mind, body and soul. It also has immense value for those suffering from sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety or depression (to any degree). It’s also perfect for those who have always been curious aboutAbsolutely anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, but it has immense appeal for those who struggle to let go (I think many of us have ‘battled’ through meditation at times!). It also has immense value for those suffering from sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety or depression (to any degree). Yoga NIdra is a wonderful way to explore meditation and when practiced regularly, one will begin to notice a shift in their mental, physical and emotional well-being.
