Join Mike and Sue for 'Sweat n Chill' (1-1/4 - 1-1/2 hour)! Mike will get you pumped up with his Lifelong Fitness workout, then Sue will slow it down with a relaxing Stretch n Flow yoga session! This class caters to all levels of fitness and will be modified according each student's unique abilities. Fitness assessments are done to determine our students starting points, as well as end goals. A wonderful combination to wind down the day!

Strength & Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. This class is for all fitness levels - all ages. The goals of S & C are: Regain/Maintain Muscle Strength & Function Increase Muscle Strength and Muscle Size Reduce Bodyfat Levels Increase Metabolic Rate Reduce Resting Blood Pressure Improve Blood Lipid Profiles Increase Gastrointestinal Transit Speed Alleviate Low Back Pain Increase Bone Mineral Density Ease Arthritic Discomfort Relieve Depression Increase Mental Acuity/Clarity... and more This class will offer a variety of exercises (bosu ball, resistant bands, weights... ) and will be both fun and challenging - never boring! In a private Yoga or Pilates class, you will receive individual modifications and variations for poses. You will receive a more detailed instruction for each asana/pose than you would in a group class, so to ensure that each pose works for YOU. Adjustments can be verbal or hands-on, based on your level of comfort. Both verbal and hands-on adjustments, as well as the utilization of props, can help deepen the experience of a pose and increase your body awareness in relation to each pose.
