We are excited about the warm weather and all that it brings.
So much so, we have added a Student Summer Pass ($100 June/July/Aug), along with a 1 Month New Yogi / Yogini pass ($45)!! Please check these out and..... tell a friend :)
I realize that with summer, there are so many other things to do besides yoga / Pilates. However, I encourage you to keep your practice consistent - as much as possible - in order to continue to feel the positive physical and mental affects of daily/regular practice.
As much as we love to see you in the studio, if you are unable to join us on a consistent basis, please, please, please practice at home. There are so many great on-line classes and honestly, we want you to be the best version of YOU!! I am not an on-line person myself, as I love a studio atmosphere as well as having in-person instruction, but you may enjoy on-line classes - and that's amazing too!! Oh, and if anyone is interested, we may create some on-line classes so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. If there is a demand - we will comply, happily :)
