Service Description
Strength & Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. This class is for all fitness levels - all ages. The goals of S & C are: Regain/Maintain Muscle Strength & Function Increase Muscle Strength and Muscle Size Reduce Bodyfat Levels Increase Metabolic Rate Reduce Resting Blood Pressure Improve Blood Lipid Profiles Increase Gastrointestinal Transit Speed Alleviate Low Back Pain Increase Bone Mineral Density Ease Arthritic Discomfort Relieve Depression Increase Mental Acuity/Clarity... and more This class will offer a variety of exercises (bosu ball, resistant bands, weights... ) and will be both fun and challenging - never boring! Indoor shoes required.
