Service Description
A dynamic, full-body movement class that blends Pilates-inspired core training, functional strength work, yoga-based mobility, and circuit-style conditioning. This class is designed to create balance in the body by developing core stability, muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance in a supportive and accessible format. Each session combines controlled, mindful movement with more energetic strength and conditioning intervals, helping you build resilience while improving overall movement quality. Expect a well-rounded practice that alternates between flow-based sequences and targeted strength work. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions offered throughout, this class will leave you feeling strong, aligned, and balanced—both physically and mentally.
