- Hatha Yoga FREELTON
All levels Welcome. Enjoy a nice stretch as you move your body through a series of vinyasas (connection between body and breath). This guided Hatha Yoga class is designed to help you align not only the body, but your body to your breath and mind as well. A lovely way to lose your (pesky) mind and live in the NOW!

Strength & Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. This class is for all fitness levels - all ages. The goals of S & C are: Regain/Maintain Muscle Strength & Function Increase Muscle Strength and Muscle Size Reduce Bodyfat Levels Increase Metabolic Rate Reduce Resting Blood Pressure Improve Blood Lipid Profiles Increase Gastrointestinal Transit Speed Alleviate Low Back Pain Increase Bone Mineral Density Ease Arthritic Discomfort Relieve Depression Increase Mental Acuity/Clarity... and more This class will offer a variety of exercises (bosu ball, resistant bands, weights... ) and will be both fun and challenging - never boring! - Sweat N Chill with Mike & Sue
Join Mike and Sue for 'Sweat n Chill' (1-1/4 - 1-1/2 hour)! Mike will get you pumped up with his Lifelong Fitness workout, then Sue will slow it down with a relaxing Stretch n Flow yoga session! This class caters to all levels of fitness and will be modified according each student's unique abilities. Fitness assessments are done to determine our students starting points, as well as end goals. A wonderful combination to wind down the day!

Join Amy as she takes you through a beautiful Ashtanga/Hatha vinyasa journey, alongside a wonderful combination of breath work, meditation and some Reiki elements. This hour on your mat will have you feeling de-stressed, fresh & relaxed all at once!

Discover balance and harmony in Yin Yang Yoga. A class designed to blend calming, meditative stillness of Yin Yoga, with the energizing, dynamic flow of Yang Yoga. This practice begins with slow, deep stretches to open the body and calm the mind, followed my invigorating sequences to build strength, improve circulation, and release tension. Perfect for all levels, this holistic approach honours the quality of life - rest and motion, effort and ease - leaving you feeling refreshed, centred and whole.
- Men's Circuit Training
We are going to PUMP YOU UP - mentally, emotionally & of course, physically!!! Mike will guide you an this one hour circuit training journey - incorporating cardio, strength & conditioning, plyometrics, and functional mobility. Stationary bikes, rowing machines, step climbers, treadmill, sled, battle ropes, weights galore, kettlebells, resistance bands and more!! This class will be challenging, fun and rewarding! We are excited to be able to offer this class in conjunction with our yoga and Pilates classes to create a well balanced YOU!!

Awaken your body gradually and mindfully with this Gentle Hatha Yoga, Stretch and Strengthen class! Slow methodical movements with space given for gentle asanas, prolonged stretches ... add in some resistance and strengthening exercise, guided breathwork / meditations…. creating a wonderful workout for the mind, body & soul :)
- 60 Minute 1 On 1 - FREELTON
In a private Yoga or Pilates class, you will receive individual modifications and variations for poses. You will receive a more detailed instruction for each asana/pose than you would in a group class, so to ensure that each pose works for YOU. Adjustments can be verbal or hands-on, based on your level of comfort. Both verbal and hands-on adjustments, as well as the utilization of props, can help deepen the experience of a pose and increase your body awareness in relation to each pose. Together, we will work to create an environment where you feel supported and encouraged on an individual level! NOTE - PACKAGE PRICING AVAILABLE AT MEMBER REQUEST
- Mornings at the Barre
Start your day right with our Mornings at the Barre classes at Studio NOW. This Early Morning Gentle Yoga/Barre class is the perfect way to slowly awaken your body with lingering stretches, gentle twists, and mindful vinyasas. Glide fluidly between your mat and the barre as you incorporate gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation into your practice. - Puppy Yoga
Included: One Hour Class - 1/2 Gentle Yoga Flow (with Puppies) & 1/2 Playtime with Puppies. Comfortable clothing recommended. A water bottle is recommended. There will be a 1/2 hour of free time, after the yoga segment is over, allowing for plenty of time for cuddles and photo opportunities with the pups - phones are also recommended!
